Coincidence or Not?

May 27th 1939 - DC Comics publishes its second superhero in Detective Comics #27; he is Batman.

Seen in a Target Bathroom - Columbia MD

I saw this message written in the caulk between the urinal and the men's room wall at the Target near my house in Columbia, MD. A few things about this raise questions.

1) Why abbreviate Al Gore as "A. Gore"? You don't save any pen strokes as far as I can tell.
2) What does he lie about exactly? I assume this is about Global Warmign but maybe its about the internet or his term as president of NASA - who knows?
